The Cintron-Molina was found with "sustained injuries from a shooting" in the 400 block of West Market Street around 7:20 p.m. on Oct. 3, the York City police said in a release around 10:30 p.m. that night.
He was taken to WellSpan York Hospital, the police explained.
While on his deathbed, Cintron-Molina declared that "Freddie Reyes-Luna" was his killer, Captain Daniel Lentz confirmed to Daily Voice on Friday, Oct. 6.
Cintron-Molina was pronounced dead at 8:04 p.m. and his death was investigated and certified by Deputy Coroner Molly York.
An autopsy is scheduled at Lehigh Valley Hospital at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5, according to a release by the York County Coroner's office on Wednesday morning. His homicide was due to multiple gunshot wounds, according to the post-autopsy release from the coroner's office.
"Reyes-Luna, 29, of the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in York, was arrested in Lebanon by the U.S. Marshals," Captain Lentz told Daily Voice.
His mugshot was released by York County Prison on Saturday.
He has been denied bail per state law on Criminal Homcide charges, so he will remain in the York County Prison. His preliminary has been set before Magisterial District Judge James H. Morgan at 9 a.m. on Oct. 20.
This is the 14th homicide in York County and the fifth in the city in 2023, Coroner Pam Gay pointed out.
